To qualify for a return, items must be:
- Unworn and unused  
- In their original condition  
- With all tags, labels, and packaging intact  
- Free from marks, odours, or signs of wear  

For hygiene reasons, *socks, underwear, and certain accessories* may be non‑returnable unless faulty.

## *👟 Footwear Returns*
Trainers must be returned:
- In their original shoebox  
- With no damage to the box  
- Tried on indoors only  

## *❌ Non‑Returnable Items*
We cannot accept returns on:
- Sale or clearance items (unless faulty)  
- Gift cards  
- Items marked as “final sale”  

## *🔄 Exchanges*
At this time, we do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different size or colour, simply return your item for a refund and place a new order.

## *💰 Refunds*
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method.  
Please allow *5–10 business days* for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
